Nokia c5 Disable power saving mode

Brightness in C5
Adjust the brightness of the display in C5.... I tried to do in the personalisation>display section, but it says  "Unable to change, Power saving mode active" .

Solution

Press the power on /off button
a list will pop up scroll to the end of list you will see powersaving

Please deactivate the powersaving mode, after that you will be able to adjust the brightness of your c5 mobile phone...

  11. whooooofffff...!
some crazy brain behind this "shortcut"
I terribly dislike nokia C5.00 with these kind of settings..
and with the SOUND system while taking snaps with the 5MP "camera"

  12. thanks man! i thought i've messed up my phone. i own this nokia c5 and an iphone but i prefer to rely on c5 as my primary phone. the battery life is much longer then other so-called power-hungry touchy smartphones!

  14. Thanks a lot! It's my father's phone and I went crazy because I couldn't find it in settings. Stupid designers from Nokia used to make crapy software for such a good hardware. Once again, you saved me!!! :)
